This Visit to Horeb was just a flying one, As we was helping Peter Jones from Menai Collect a mare. The interest came because I had `Tyhen the Best`, who was by `Horeb Euros`, I was very excited to see what a P.O.W winner looked like at home!
On arrival we was greeted by Rodrick being introduced as the people that had Tyhen, we was quickly shown the paddock behind the house, Euros was being kept just out side the kitchen window this was very touching, (I know that if I produced a Royal Welsh Champion, it would be in my back garden too!)
He was Amazing, Perfect conformation, poetry in motion and Covered in mud from top to toe, but he looked happy and very healthily. I was even allowed to take some photos.
We had a quick Whizz around the rest of the horses, As they were in the process of getting the horses ready for the Monday sale. I saw one stunning Mare `Horeb Ffion` Full Sister to Euros she was booked in for the Monday sale, I dreamt for a while and thought Nope, No more. She made £1,000 on Monday, I wish I purchased her now!
I would like to go back and see the studs stock in more detail. Worth a visit Just to See Euros!
